Democracy - We seek the preservation and betterment of our democratic republic, free from interference and defended against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We support ordinances, regulations, and enforcement that make our town more inclusive, accessible, transparent, and business-friendly. We oppose the disenfranchisement of our residents, businesses, and property owners and reject populism and illiberalism which is not tolerated by any party.

Free Speech - We reaffirm the Constitution's guarantee of free speech and freedom of the press as essential to accountable government and the American way of life. We sustain the rights of individuals and private entities to exercise this freedom, even to express unpopular views, and condemn efforts to erode press freedom and public support for its vital role to keep our citizens informed.

Truth - We recognize truth and reason as essential to a free and just society, and expect our leaders, citizens, and press to seek and promote them. We oppose the employment of fear-mongering, conspiracism, and falsehoods. Instead, our candidates for the Town Council of Phillipsburg support evidence-based regulations and changes to laws accomplished with open, and honest discourse.

Leadership - Character, commitment, and professionalism are not negotiable. No excuses. Having thrived in the abundance of history and meaningful contributions of years past, we believe that Phillipsburg's elected officials must work together in conjunction within the region to advance sustainable community development leading to economic growth. We commit to re-establishing a Phillipsburg pride and encourage attendance at biweekly council meetings without fear of reprisal or ridicule.

Rule of Law - We maintain that the impartial enforcement of the law is essential to a free and just society to protect the rights of all people. No one is above the law, and our criminal justice system must treat everyone equally without discrimination based on race, status, or influence within our community.

Ethical Government - We demand that public officials and aspiring leaders – regardless of party – act with integrity, honor, and transparency above reproach; the absence of which creates a safe haven for abuses of power that threatens our way of life in Phillipsburg.
Pluralism - We are committed to a pluralistic society defined by its ideals and welcoming to all peoples regardless of status, seeking safety, opportunity, and a better life by becoming contributing members of our diverse town. We reject the notion that Phillipsburg should be characterized by the races, birthplaces, religious affiliations, or partisan identities of its citizens.
Civic Responsibility - We believe that all residents share civic responsibility, which is essential for our self-government and community success. Thriving communities are built by faithfully engaged citizens working to overcome differences with mutual respect and the bonds of civil affection. The solutions to many of Philipsburg’s greatest challenges are found in our diverse communities working together toward a common, measurable goal.

Opportunities - We support enforceable regulations. We commit to working with the administration to ensure equal access and affirm the role government plays in assisting vulnerable citizens while encouraging self-reliance and ingenuity without the impediments of cronyism and corruption.
