Our community recognizes the threat facing one of Phillipsburg's greatest resources, our Library.

WE COMMIT TO FULLY FUNDING THE

PHILLIPSBURG FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY!

Based on statements from the current town council and the current County Commissioner Kern, agreements have been made that are not in the best interest of the residents of Phillipsburg.

 

Instead of following the advice of attorneys that recommended returning digital copies of library materials, the administration and the current Council voted to pay four installments of $60,000 per year. Talk is cheap. These funds directly affected the ability to retain staff providing critical Library services.   

 

Where is the explanation from our elected officials?

 

Are we being manipulated to achieve a hidden agenda?
